3/ Fast Delivery
7 local warehouses are waiting to serve each order. The nearest warehosue will be chosen to dispatch the package and make sure the pakcage can arrive at customer in an expecting time.
Firstly, please copy or remember the code before you follow the next steps.
Secondly, please choose the product(s) that meet the coupon code limitation, if there is any, like order amount should be over $100.
Thirdly, click and go to the cart and click the “Check Out” button, or you can click “Buy It Now” button directly at product page if you have only one item to buy.
1. at PC. At the right part, there is a blank for you to paste your Code like REGISTEROFF. Pates it in the blank, and click “Apply”, you will get the discount-off price and get it at the right bottom.
2. at Mobile. At the top (in the middle of “FRUNGO logo” and “Express checkout”), there is a dropdown to disclose order details. Click it and you will see one blank to fill with Discount Code. Paste or type the code you ever meet, like REGISTEROFF, and click “”

When your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to show the details of your order. When warehouse sends out your order, You will receive a shipping confirmation email which also contains tracking details. You will be able to track the status of package.
When it comes to Pre-Order:
When you purchase a pre-order product, you can find the estimated stocking date in the order description. When the item you bought comes in stock, it will be send out within 1 to 2 working days, and arrives at you in 3 to 8 days. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking details will also be sent to you, once the item you purchased is on the way.

Our warranty policy can be summarized as follows:
* Up to 5-years warranty on all functionality portions of the chair. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the chair are not covered.
* Submit a warranty claim via our Warranty Registration with attached image/video to point out the defective area.
* Furngo reserves the final right to determine if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.
* Warranty are different from items to items. You can download the warranty under the Warranty Part in each product description. Or you can contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a warranty.
All of Furngo services are based on customers. State your request to our CS (customer service) team, they will provide a reasonable solution. Additionally, you can view our Return and Refund Policy.

We do not ship pre-assembled products. However, we have done our best to simplify the process of assembling, and attach a detailed assembling guide in every needed product. Alternatively, you can refer to our full video assembly guide on our product page.
