Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free on all orders. 7 region warehouses are ready. Package will be sent from the nearest warehouse to customer. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box address, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.

How Long will it Take for My Order to be Delivered?

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via UPS or FedEx with free charge.

Average transit time is 5-7 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Furngo purchase. If it is not right fit, you can return item within 90 days from the date of original purchase for a full refund, no matter it is purchased from Furngo.com, Amazon stores or any authorized retailers.

Your purchase history displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement. However, we recommend keeping track of all original packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 90 days after purchase.

Consumables and Glass Products provide 90-day free trial, but not apply to our warranty policy.

How to Return an Item?

You are supposed to contact us before you need to return. Any self-return will not be responsible to us.

We will choose the latest warehouse (if you are in CA, we will choose our CA warehouse, addressed: DYNAMIC DISTRIBUTION & WAREHOUSING 15922 S. MAIN ST, GARDENA, CA 90248-2551) and send you a prepaid shipping label for return shipment if you are available within the "90 days free return". You will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within 3 business days. 

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Payment will refund to your specified account within 7 business days.

Returned items must be in original, saleable condition, and proof of purchase is required. All refund and return decisions by Furngo are final. We may reject a full refund with damaged packaging.

How to Replace an Item?

Please contact us and kindly provide your order number and some pictures or a video to show the problem. We will send you a prepaid shipping label for replace shipment. You will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within 3 business days.

Once we receive your item, a new one will be shipped out within 2 business days and delivered in 5-7 business days.

How does Furngo Charge for Exchange & Return?

Furngo supports 90-day free return.

No any charges for items replace & return within 90 days from the date of original purchase. Furngo will send you a prepaid shipping label.

Furngo will not be responsible for the freight charge if replace & return request is initiated out of 90 days from the date of original purchase. We will provide your closest warehouse address; you may need to ship it at your own.
